500, ₹ 1,000 Ban: 5 Useful Apps to Overcome a Cashless Shopping

With the government announcing that Rs 500 and Rs 1,000 notes are no longer valid, the ones hit were..

1 Box-office Collection-

Film revenues are likely to suffer today because many buy tickets manually. “Ticket sales at counters will be affected as we are not accepting big notes,” says Sunil Narang of Asian Cinemas, who runs many multiplexes in the city. “Online booking may increase, but the box-office will definitely be affected in these few days,” he adds

2.Daily Groceries-

My vegetable walla was rather kind. He gave me my weekly stock, though I didn’t have money to pay him. He wrote in his book, ‘Amma, balance Rs 420’, first time, appu in a veggie shop,” said a socialite.

Poor Bipasha Basu too had to borrow money. She tweeted, “Just borrowed money from @RockyStarWorld to buy eggs?? what a day!

3.Wedding Preparation-

High profile families, where there are weddings in the family, say “they are jacked”. Expenses on flower decor, take-away gifts, designer clothes etc., are mind boggling and now they don’t know how to account for it.

Designer stores would accept cash earlier — where one paid `4 lakh plus for a Sabyasachi outfit... or even more for an Abu-Sandeep outfit. Not anymore.

In simple words cash caring business is not survive any more.
